The Girl in Camo Needs More Ammo

This girl in Camo needs more Ammo, and I know I’m not the only one with this problem. Ammunition is next to impossible to get your hands on these days and when you do the prices are outrageous! This is a problem that is frustrating to not only hunters but also gun enthusiasts and people who like to shoot competitively. In the last few months I have been looking into shooting competitively in local matches. You know like 3 Gun, IDPA, USPSA, and IPSC type matches. Anyways my new hobby is going to be short lived because I’m not going to be able to find ammunition.

Those of you who can afford it and are willing to tackle the early morning lines, pick up a box or two of 223 or 9mm for me! Just kidding, I have to make light of the situation or I get irritated. My guess is it will have settled back to normal in another six months. The sooner the better! Lucky for me my father has been a ammunition hoarder since I can remember. I always get 9mm for Christmas and bday presents but those days only come once a year. I’m going to have to get another job if I want to really do this competitive shooting stuff!

I read on a forum the other night where a 4H club had to cancel a children’s shooting competition because they couldn’t find 22 ammo. Isn’t that sad! I can’t imagine all those let down children. This ammunition shortage and price gouging has been on my mind a lot lately. Feel free to vent about it to me, I feel your pain gun lovers!
